Nafithah Usage Policy
Use Nafithah respectfully and only for lawful purposes. These rules help keep city services safe, reliable, and useful for everyone.
Use the service honestly
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and do not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive purposes.
Respect bookings and services
Only make bookings you intend to use. Do not resell, transfer, misuse, or attempt to bypass capacity, payment, identity, or access controls.
Prohibited activity
Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, upload harmful content, submit false reports, abuse staff or providers, or use the service to break the law or harm others.
Enforcement
Nafithah may cancel misuse, limit access, or refer suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Contact support if you believe an action was made in error.
