Nafithah Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nafithah handles your data when you use city services, bookings, reports, and the wallet.
Data we collect
This may include your mobile number, name, national ID, email, city, booking and service-request history, reports, wallet transactions, and ride requests. We access camera, location, or photos only when you choose a feature that needs that permission.
How we use data
We use data to create your account, provide bookings and services, send confirmations, process payments and refunds, respond to reports, and protect the service from misuse.
External processors
Approved Nafithah providers may process payments and deliver confirmation messages only as needed to complete the service. We do not sell personal data.
Deletion and retention
You can delete your account in the app. We delete eligible profile, service-request, and report data. Tax invoices keep your name and email for at least 6 years, as Saudi VAT law requires. We remove identifiers from other financial, refund, and statutory records that must be retained. Those records are de-identified and cannot be used to restore your account.
